The Uruguayan landscape is in many ways visually similar to some areas of Argentina however the Northern side of the River that borders the two countries is naturally blessed with clearer water. This allows appealing aquatic vistas in Montevideo & Punta del Este. Markedly though, there are good, clean, natural beaches with far easier access on the coastline because it is a small country.
